We have found that offering two independent services (Design and Construction) allows our customers greater flexibility without tying into both.

Every successful project needs a great design. And we know it can be hard to visualise ideas from a flat drawing. Through 'The Garden Artist', we give our customers a modern approach to design consultancy, using our YouTube channel to host custom-made 3D tours of our designs. Having owned and run NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd for over 20 years (recently registering as a Limited company), I take delight in supplying new customers with feedback from previous projects that is positive and sincere.

You can take great comfort in the fact that Health & Safety is very important to us and the team at NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd. Each construction project that we undertake has several behind the scenes aspects. For the safety of our team, we ask that you read the following.
NB. The heading of "relevant information" is also shown at the end of any email correspondence. We ask that if you are unsure of any aspect or need clarification of any aspect below, that you contact us prior to any work commencing.

Important request regarding all "relevant information"

We feel the customer is best placed and therefore responsible to advise NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd, as to any restrictions to the property. An example of this might be Listed Building status / Tree Preservation Order and so on. For the health and safety of our team, wherever work is to be carried out NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd require details as to any services locations, such as electric cable, water, sewers, cable tv and so on. For our records, we ask that this information is emailed to us prior to any work commencing. If NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd do not receive any such information, it will be taken that any work to be carried out is without any such restrictions or risk.

Risk assessments

Liabilities insurance

NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd has public liability insurance to cover any project that NJW Landscape Solutions Ltd is engaged to construct. Copies are available on request, This gives our customers the opportunity to make sure that the amount of covered is suitable.

Waste carriers' licence

We are registered, and we are happy to forward a copy of our own waste carriers' licence should you require it. NB. You may be aware that any construction team removing waste from a customer's site needs to have their own waste carriers' licence or manage those who do it on their behalf. If this is not adhered to, then the customer becomes liable for any illegal tipping of waste. This could result in a fine or prosecution.

Other construction teams

It might be that on some occasions, customers would rather use an alternative construction team, if this should be the case, the alternative independent construction team will be responsible for all health and safety, any warranty or snagging work / issues and they will also be responsible for their own liability and or all other insurances and assesments.
